Property Fraud Alert Notice

This free service alerts property and business owners of potential instances of property fraud by notifying subscribers when a deed, mortgage, or other official record is recorded in their name in their local county's official records. 

 

If you receive an alert about activity not initiated by you, this early notification can provide valuable time to stop criminals in their tracks. 

 

If you suspect that you are a victim of fraud, contact the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office at (863) 763-3117 or, if your property is located in the city limits, the Okeechobee City Police Department at (863) 763-5521.
